Founder and heart of PMS Design, Molly has been concocting brilliant creative solutions for her clients for more than 24 years. Most clients end up becoming friends because of Molly’s infectious enthusiasm and down-to-earth spirit.
Her timeless design sensibility spills into other creative interests including renovation, decor and custom floors.
As senior creative director, Russ is famous for the “brain dump” and his seemingly endless ability to come up with ‘lots a’ cool ideas. He has more than 20 years of marketing, public relations and interactive industry experience under his belt.
A former VP/creative director at a global PR firm, Russ is also a prolific, mixed-media artist/sculptor/welder.
